Maris Racal turned emotional after she watched her film “Sunshine” for the first time during its Italian premiere at the Far East Film Festival in Udine, Italy.
The actress, wearing a custom Filipiniana by Filipino designer Marc Rancy, graced the screening along with film director Antoinette Jadaone, as seen in a video Racal reposted on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, April 26.

Production company Project 8 Projects then showed in a separate Instagram post the actress wiping tears from her eyes after the premiere.
“Maris Racal saw ‘Sunshine’ for the first time in Udine, Italy. This was her as the credits rolled and the whole theatre clapped for her. She bawled her eyes out,” it said in the caption.
“We love you, Sunshine,” it added, referring to Racal’s titular role. “The world is yours!”
